Our Founder & Chairman

Mr Tan

Tan Hock Seng is the founder, controlling shareholder and Chairman of the Tech-Link Group comprising SSinolog Properties, a real estate development platform focused on logistics and industrial property development in Singapore and China, and the Dexion Group, a leading international industrial and commercial storage solutions provider headquartered in Australia with over 80 years of history and operations throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

A veteran of the logistics systems industry in Singapore and China, Mr Tan founded Tech-Link Storage Engineering Pte. Ltd. in 1988 and grew it from an importer and distribution of storage equipment to an international storage solutions manufacturer and systems provider.

In 2008, leveraging on Tech-Link’s expertise in logistics solutions, Tech-Link ventured into the development of Built-to-Suit logistics facilities in Singapore. Today, Tech-Link is a leading developer of modern ramp-up logistics facilities in the country having developed over 2 million sf of logistics space for leading international Third Party Logistics Providers (“3PLs”) including DB Schenker, XPO Logistics, Kintetsu World Express and LF Logistics.

The Tech-Link Group entered the property development sector in China in 2011 and since then, has developed over 1.5 million sf of high-quality industrial & logistics facilities fully leased to MNC manufacturers and international 3PLs with a further 10 million sf of developments in the pipeline, all strategically located in the Yangtze Delta region.

In 2016, the Tech-Link Group restructured its property platforms in Singapore and China to form SSinolog Properties and in 2017, Tech-Link acquired the Dexion Group. Together with Dexion, the annual turnover of the Tech-Link Group is currently in excess of S$200 million.
