Our High-Density Storage (HDS) Shuttles efficiently move goods from cold storage to areas with normal temperatures. This quick transition reduces energy consumption, a key factor in the cold storage industry. Dexion’s racking systems and Smart Roller Conveyors are designed for cold storage conditions, finished in galvanised steel or durable powder-coating, making them resistant to issues like rust and wear.

Different dairy items required specific temperature settings for optimal storage and maturation. Our solutions streamlined the cheese maturation process and reduced transportation movements, contributing to a smaller carbon footprint. Reach trucks are paired with HDS Shuttles, enhancing flexibility over storage and retrieval operations.

Swire Cold Storage Vietnam, the premier provider of safe cold storage services in Vietnam, faced the challenge of fulfilling the increasing demand for quality cold storage facilities in the region. Dexion stepped in to design, manufacture, supply, deliver, and install a towering 10.2-meter-high Double Deep racking system for their new warehouse in Bac Ninh province, Hanoi. This innovative solution optimised storage space, enhanced accessibility, and ensured efficient stock rotation, setting a new standard in the cold chain landscape of Vietnam. With features like robust clips and a lifetime warranty, Dexion’s racking system provided unmatched durability and reliability, contributing to the modernization of Vietnam’s supply chain industry.
