Optimise FnB Warehouse Operations with Smarter Thinking

We apply a smarter thinking approach to solve Food & Beverage challenges, as seen in projects with Monde Nissin and Kellogg’s. Monde Nissin needed to support rapid growth, handling an additional 15,000–20,000 cartons per day, while improving space efficiency through higher pallet stacking. Dexion delivered an ASRS racking solution using Dexion 808, purpose-built for high-bay FnB warehouses and designed to provide added assurance and safety in high seismic zones.

Kellogg’s had a different challenge: limited capacity at its Minto warehouse, no automation, and the need to consider environmental impact. Our ASRS solution lifted storage capacity to 32,000 pallets and improved overall efficiency. Sustainability initiatives included energy-efficient lighting and recycling programs, as well as reduced semi-trailer travel to lower greenhouse gas emissions, which support long-term performance.
