Dexion delivered a three-tier mezzanine that accommodated a broad SKU mix, keeping products accessible for fast online fulfilment. To keep movement efficient, we introduced conveyors and Amberflex Spiralveyors to maintain a steady, predictable flow.

To bring it all together, Dexion’s Real-Time Distribution System (RDS) enabled paperless picking and integrated put-to-light modules, helping the site process up to 3,000 online orders per day. It’s a practical example of how an e-commerce warehouse can scale without losing control.
